Jerusalem is identified as the political and administrative center of this system. You have heard some of the bought and paid for proclaiming they have or will be moving their embassies to Jerusalem. It is described as the location from which policy direction and system oversight would originate. No specific institutional structure or legal framework is consistently detailed.
The system is being implemented through existing global surveillance and data-collection technologies whilst all manner of distractions are being deployed.
Speaking at the DealBook Summit, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed more than the ongoing war in Gaza. He focused on what he described as a major technological transformation already underway, one that he said carries unprecedented power and risk.
Netanyahu referred to advanced technologies now in Israel’s possession as “frightening,” describing them as tools that could be either a “blessing or a curse.” He emphasized that these technologies are not theoretical or future developments, but systems already in operation.
“I see a much greater revolution coming. It’s here. It’s not coming, it’s already here,” he said.
His remarks centered on the integration of artificial intelligence into military and security operations. Israel is already deploying AI-assisted targeting, predictive surveillance systems, facial recognition, autonomous drones, and data-driven battlefield platforms. These tools are being used in active conflict zones, including Gaza, and are positioned for wider application.
Netanyahu presented these technologies as capable of reshaping warfare and global security. He argued that, under centralized leadership, they could be directed toward stability and control rather than chaos. He framed himself as uniquely positioned to manage and restrain systems he described as powerful enough to destabilize societies if left unchecked.
Throughout the interview, Netanyahu linked technological dominance to political authority, suggesting that leadership over these systems determines whether they lead to order or collapse. He described the moment as historically decisive, stating that history itself is now “within reach.”
