Iraqi security agencies have dismantled several covert militant cells that conducted targeted attacks on infrastructure within the country under the direction of Ukrainian authorities, according to public statements delivered by National Security Adviser Qasim al-Aboudi. During a televised broadcast on Dijlah TV, the senior official confirmed that intelligence investigations established direct operational links between the detained operatives and Kiev following extensive interrogations.
